Ceramic wall and floor coverings require the right care despite their durability and resilience.

Using the right products right from the start is essential to ensure that you can enjoy your tiles for a long time. The right cleaning agent should already be used during construction cleaning. We know all about cleaning and care and recommend the products from Patina Fala and Alpina. We are happy to support you with our various service packages so that you can enjoy your tiling work for a long time to come.

The following four service packages are available

Professional cleaning
A cleaning demonstration is included after completion of our work. On request, we can clean the completed work for you in full at an hourly rate of 60 francs.

Annual joint inspection
For just 99 francs a year, we check your silicone joints once a year. You don't have to worry about a thing. The minimum term of the contract is 5 years. Any repairs will be charged at an hourly rate of 95 francs plus material costs.

Warranty acceptance for bathroom conversions 
After two and five years, we will provide you with a complete warranty acceptance for a bathroom conversion, including a quotation and inspection. This way, you can be sure that all defects have been rectified. The cost is CHF 600 per warranty inspection.

On-site advice for maintenance instructions
We will be happy to advise you on optimum maintenance at an hourly rate of CHF 95 for the materials you use so that you can enjoy your solution for a long time. Of course, we can also carry out professional cleaning on request at the same conditions as in Service Package 1.
