You have recently been hospitalized or undergone surgery, and your return home is not yet possible for medical or loss-of-autonomy reasons.
After an acute-care hospitalization, some patients still require follow-up to adjust certain drug treatments, stabilize pathologies or complete a medical checkup.

The Clinique Bois-Bougy, a treatment and rehabilitation center, welcomes you and supports your return to autonomy.
