OUR HISTORY

This is the story of a property management company founded in 1986 by Charles Fritsch and Jacques Locatelli, to manage a major rental complex in the center of Nyon.

In 2003, Régicôte SA took over the entire property portfolio of fiduciary Locatelli & Fritsch SA. On this occasion, Charles Fritsch, former deputy prefect and chairman of the Conciliation Commission for rental leases, joins forces with his nephew, François Leresche, who for ten years was in charge of a major judicial office in Nyon.

At the same time, Régicôte SA takes over the entire property portfolio of Locatelli & Fritsch SA.

In October 2020, Charles Fritsch leaves us. His competence, generosity and humility will be remembered by those close to him and all those who came into contact with him.

In order to fill the void left by Charles Fritsch's passing, we are delighted to invite you to join us.

To fill his gap, his great-niece, Flora Chabloz, a graduate of the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, will join Régicôte SA in December 2020. With her management training, her interpersonal skills and her dynamism, she brings new impetus to the Régie.

This association will enable the company to retain its family character and continue its development.

Régicôte SA now boasts a loyal customer base, living mainly in the Nyon district.

It conscientiously manages properties of all kinds entrusted to it, representing more than 12 million francs in receipts per year.

In addition, it is the only company in the Nyon area to offer a full range of property management services.

In addition, it prides itself on always behaving in a fair and respectful manner in its business dealings.
