• Individual therapy

• EMDR  (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing)

 Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing is a therapy frequently used today to desensitize and reprocess traumatic memories (which generate notably anxiety, anguish, nightmares, depression), by stimulating neurological mechanisms; this enables assimilation and integration of the traumatic event. The memory remains, but without the negative emotional charge, with rapid and obvious relief.

• Lifespan integration

Lifespan Integration (LCI) is an integrative therapy for trauma and dissociation. It is indicated in cases of neglect and other emotional deficiencies long-standing, traumas sometimes dating back to the intrauterine life period (traumatic pregnancy and/or childbirth of the mother).
