For over twenty years, I've been practicing as a therapist - psychologist and integrating meditations and yoga into my daily life. And it's been more than ten years, since I began practicing constellations and leading courses "A la rencontre de soi". 

Depending on specific needs, I use different methods. Family and systemic constellations, hypnosis and Gestalt therapy are at the core of my approach.

Inspired by a holistic vision of existence, I take into consideration the individual's family and social context. I try to perceive him/her in his/her connection to the universe, and appreciate his/her feelings as much as his/her thoughts.
Each person carries within him/her an innate potential that seeks to reveal itself, and can thus find a path in the resolution of his/her conflicts.
My solution-oriented approach helps to become aware of one's abilities, unblock obstacles and get in touch with one's innermost being.
