The cooperative also owns the Seniorenzentrum Konsumhof, which is located in the heart of Romanshorn.

The Konsumhof offers comfortable, senior-friendly apartments and a Spitex location directly in the building. The immediate proximity to the train station, various shopping facilities and the lake further enhance the attractive quality of life. Residents also have access to a communal room, which is used for regular tenant get-togethers.
