The flat roof has fully established itself in architecture thanks to the ecological and economic requirements and is now very popular for new buildings.

Façade construction

There are basically two models for façades: the ventilated façade and the compact façade.

Depending on the façade or building type, it is important to choose the right insulation or the right façade model.

There are also various materials for external cladding.

For compact façades, the plaster is applied directly to the insulation.

For ventilated façades, a slatted grid is applied to the insulation and then the covering material. For example: Eternit, sheet metal, wood or natural slate.

Heat insulation

Heat insulation is an important component in the construction of the building envelope (pitched roof, flat roof or façade). Proper execution and correct dimensioning of the thermal insulation creates a comfortable and pleasant living environment

In addition, heating costs can be drastically reduced.

The sub-roof (second roof skin under the covering material) protects the building and the installed thermal insulation from drifting snow, meteoric water penetration due to defective covering material, swelling back water and serves as weather protection during construction work.

At the same time, depending on the design, better insulation value, sound insulation and summer thermal insulation can be achieved with porous tempered wood fiber boards.

This is why we offer periodic maintenance work and recommend it to our customers.

We also offer thorough roof cleaning as part of roof maintenance. This involves using the product "Abbamousses" from Promosan, which is used to protect, maintain and preserve the value of the roof covering. The product is sprayed onto the entire surface to remove algae, moss and lichens.
