• General information

People want a sense of security and safety, especially in difficult situations. We have taken these needs into account when planning and designing the rooms. Our employees support grieving customers every day with a great deal of empathy and commitment. It is important to us all to take individual needs into consideration.

Individual cremation

Your pet will be cremated individually and the ashes will be returned to you in a container of your choice (see "Our urns").

• Collective cremation

Several animals are cremated together in a dignified setting. The ashes from the collective cremations are stored in the communal grave in our garden in Seon. It is not possible to return ashes to you.

Reception

Many pet owners want to bring their deceased pet to us in person. In our quiet, stylish reception rooms, you can take your time to say goodbye undisturbed. All our rooms are wheelchair accessible.

Individual cremation by appointment

You can attend the cremation in person by telephone appointment. Our reception rooms are available for you to use while you wait. The nearby forest also offers the opportunity for a walk. Depending on the size of your pet, it will take between one and four hours for the ashes to be returned to you. Please note the price surcharge.

How does your animal get to Seon?

• By the pet owner

You bring the animal directly to us at the animal crematorium in Seon or Dübendorf.

Please make an appointment by telephone.

• Collection from the vet

We will collect the animal from the vet. Please note our pick-up prices.

• Collection from your home

Please call us for further information.

 

• Urns

Our selection of high-quality and beautifully designed urns is large. In addition to various sizes, you will also find urns in different materials, surfaces and colors. Please note that the urns are available in different sizes. The size of the urn is always adapted to the quantity of ashes. The clay urns are not hardy.

Further selection of individual wooden and natural stone urns on site. These must be selected and collected from the animal crematorium in Seon from the exhibition.

• Communal grave

The ashes from the collective cremations are stored in a dignified setting in our communal grave in Seon. Pet owners can visit our common grave at any time without registering.
