Located not far from the Place du Midi, and below the Valère and Tourbillon castles in Sion, our weight room is ideal for people wishing to work out in a friendly atmosphere, while benefiting from the expertise of sports coaches who follow each training session.

First of all, allow us to introduce ourselves. Our names are Nic and Alice. Sports coaches by profession, we opened this new gym in Sion in November 2013.

Fitness enthusiasts for many years, we had never found a gym that really suited us, one with a family atmosphere, where everyone feels at ease and doesn't hesitate to help others. After noticing that there was a lack of training space in this part of Sion, but above all out of a taste for a challenge, we decided to create our own weight room.

With us, everyone can train. Regardless of age, creed or physical condition, N&A Fitness Coaching is open to all! We want everyone to feel good in body and mind, and achieve their goals.

Our weight room is open 24/7. To access it outside the coaches' hours of presence, a Pass is loaned to you.

All you need to succeed in your workout
To achieve your goals with complete confidence, two sports coaches, are at your disposal. Together, we'll set up a training program. We'll follow you throughout your workouts and analyze your results.

24h / 24 and 7 d / 7, you'll be able to work out in two light and airy spaces, including a 340 m2 weight room and a room reserved for various toning classes. You'll find brand-new weight-training equipment. An area is also reserved for bodybuilding and bikini fitness.

To keep you entertained and motivated, we've set up TV screens and play up-tempo music.

In addition to these two rooms, changing rooms with showers are at your disposal.
