Aged people who decide to move into the AZW independently or in contact with their relatives are primarily welcome as guests. The retirement center deliberately distances itself from the concept of an "administrative home". We provide our guests with needs-oriented services in the areas of hospitality, care/support, advice, culture and gastronomy.

Residents organize their stay at AZW according to their personal needs, ideas and preferences. Services and assistance can be requested at any time within the scope of our possibilities. As a service recipient, you have the absolute right to criticize and complain.

A democratically elected residents' council and a relatives' council guarantee and promote the possibility of having a say and the right to shape the future.
