As the manager of your rental property I monitor the existing rental agreements and their compliance and take care of all bookkeeping, including accounting. I also take care of all communication with the tenants as well as the written and verbal recording of complaints - and find a satisfactory solution for all sides
I am also the first point of contact for janitors, tradesmen, neighbors, official bodies and all other external partners. If a claim or insurance case should arise, I naturally take care of its recording, the rapid settlement and all correspondence. You can find my complete range of services for rental properties here.

With condominium owners' associations good personal contact is at least as important as with rental properties - if not more so.Because condominium ownership is not only a major investment, for many people it is an essential part of their private retirement provision. To avoid misunderstandings - including of a financial nature good communication between the owners is essential.
The annual ordinary owners' meeting and any delegates' meetings, which I convene, chair and take minutes for you, serve this purpose first and foremost. I ensure an open and honest atmosphere, thanks to which any problems can be clarified at an early stage. After the meeting, I take care of the implementation and coordination of the meeting resolutions.
During the year, I ensure that the regulations and the usage and administration rules are implemented correctly and in full . This also includes the recording and settlement of damage and insurance claims, the coordination and monitoring of (conversion) construction work and renovations as well as the control and payment of current invoices.
Property accounting, which I naturally keep according to commercial principles, also includes the preparation of the annual management accounts and a list of tax-deductible costs.
