EGELI Informatik AG

Since 1986, EGELI Informatik has been developing tailor-made software and ICT solutions that support and automate the daily business of more than 100 customers in Switzerland and neighboring countries. Eliane and Werner Egeli started the company in 1986 with a handful of digital enthusiasts. Initially with solutions for credit and accounts receivable management, more and more customer-specific products were developed over the years. Today, the company is a large family of over 60 people, with headquarters in St.Gallen and other locations in Bern and Zurich. Together, we offer our customers solutions that give them a decisive competitive edge.

This is how we explain our success: Despite our growth, we have remained a down-to-earth family business. We think customer-oriented, act dynamically and efficiently, are innovative and committed. Our team is a healthy mix of experience, inventive flair, cleverness and zeitgeist. We have plenty of potential and a keen understanding of business processes, which we put to good use for our customers.

One family - one group - one unit

Apropos extended family: we are part of the EGELI Group, which was founded in 1943 and is divided into five divisions: EGELI Treuhand, Creditreform Egeli companies, EGELI Immobilien, E-Druck and EGELI Informatik. Managed by family members Eliane, Werner, Martin, Daniel, Francine and Raoul Egeli and Andreas Feurer. Supported by around 200 employees in Basel, Bern, St.Gallen and Zurich.

Why "Simple. Clever."

Our software solutions simplify complicated processes in your company. We like to think of this using the example of a coffee machine. While we only have to press a button, a lot more is happening in the background: water is heated to the right temperature, the right amount of coffee beans is ground, the ground coffee is pressed together, the heated water is pressed through the coffee powder and flows into a cup as finished coffee in the right quantity. We do the same with our software solutions: while the software automatically creates and monitors appointments, checks incoming payments, calculates interest, generates documents and makes decisions, users can focus on special cases and customer support

Xmatik moves from EGELI Informatik

In October 2021, EGELI Informatik also acquired Xmatik AG: Founded in 2002, the company is one of the leading providers of transportation software in Switzerland. Over 1500 companies rely on its sophisticated solutions for transport management, order scheduling, vehicle communication and speedometer evaluation. These are developed and maintained by 15 employees at the headquarters in Arbon.
