The Messerli company has been in existence for over 100 years and has been based at the same location in Steffisburg ever since. In 2003, the last descendants of the Messerli family left the company. Since then, the company has been owned by various employees.

The level of training of our employees is above the industry average. In order to meet our standards, our staff undergo targeted further training in schools and courses. To ensure that we can continue to count on well-trained staff in the future, we have several bricklaying apprentices in training.
