The BSZ Foundation is the third-largest employer in the canton of Schwyz. In several locations the foundation offers people with a disability the opportunity totrain, to live in a shared apartment or to regularly pursue work 

.

The foundation is managed according to business management criteria. On the one hand, it is financed by the income from products and services. On the other hand, the BSZ Foundation receives operating contributions from the Canton of Schwyz for disability-related additional costs on the basis of a service agreement.

Institutions and private individuals support projects with donations and legacies. Thanks to this,

dreams can be fulfilled.
