Brasserie Les Gobelins

"Malt to color them all, hops to flavor them... Yeast to ferment them all, and in the bottle to cap them!"

La Brasserie

It was born in Villarimboud (Fribourg) and is now developing in Thierrens (Vaud). Starting with a discovery at a former neighbor's, our brewer created his own facility. His creations met with great success, and after a few years the need to expand was felt. Surrounded by two new companions, the work has begun!

Our tasty beers:

• L'argentée : High-fermentation white beer.
• The Emerald : India Pale Ale.
• Ruby : Raspberry-flavored white beer.
• La Bronze : High fermentation amber beer.

It's well known, three goblins are better than... well anyway!

Over time, not swordplay, three goblins have become friends around shared passions like heroic fantasy, music and, of course, a good, fresh, hoppy aperitif.

Coming from 3 different fields, baking, carpentry and IT, they were able to bring their skills together and make the little brewery grow.

There's still a long way to go, but they're moving forward on a path paved with good intentions, good beer in hand, bellowing old elf songs straight out of a cave.
