Me Nista studied at the University of Geneva and obtained a master's degree in law, a certificate in transnational law and a certificate of specialization in lawyering in 2017.

After her studies, she worked as a clerk for the Geneva Court for the Protection of Adults and Children, the Geneva Social Insurance Chamber and the North Vaud Public Prosecutor's Office.

Following this, Me Nista completed her legal internship with Etude Mattenberger & Associés, and was admitted to the bar in 2022.

From 2022 to 2024, Me Nista continued to practice as an associate in a Vevey law firm, finally joining M & Avocats as a partner in August 2024.

Committed and pragmatic by nature, Ms. Nista is accustomed to devoting herself fully to her clients in order to help them find a satisfactory, tailor-made solution.

She is fluent in French, Italian and English.
