Cooked hams, pâtés vaudois, dry sausages, terrines, cabbage sausages, pork and fennel roasting sausages are produced directly on site by us to guarantee the best freshness.

We also offer home-cooked dishes such as choucroute garnie, as well as delicious seasonal dishes. La Boucherie des Tilleuls is also renowned for its civets, roast chickens, hot rissoles and pâtés for your lunches and dinners.

Finally, we work in collaboration with renowned houses: "L'Armoire à Brume" and "Maison Lehner" whose fresh smoked salmon we offer, as well as top-quality fresh plaice and lake perch fillets (to order).
