Renovations and conversions

Walchwil has many buildings from the 60s and 70s. These either need to be renovated for energy reasons. Or because future generations will have different needs. We advise you and show you the various options. We then plan and implement the project, be it conversions, extensions, additions or renovations.

We know the requirements of agricultural businesses. As a result, we can not only support our agricultural clients in the renovation of the numerous, sometimes historic residential buildings, but also include the farm buildings in the planning and realization.

Conservation of historical monuments

There are numerous protected historic buildings in Walchwil and the surrounding area. We find pragmatic solutions that take equal account of feasibility, cost-effectiveness and respect for our townscape.

From the execution planning, we prepare the devization for each individual work category of our projects. Selected companies are invited to submit an offer. This gives us a transparent cost comparison. In consultation with the client, the work is then awarded and the work contracts drawn up.

We evaluate the possibilities and opportunities of properties for interested parties with purchase or construction intentions as well as for owners with changed needs in the use of their property

Local project and construction management

For larger projects in the private and public sector, which are planned by external architectural firms, we carry out the local construction management and realization. Most recently on a larger scale for the construction of the new community center and parish hall, a challenging project lasting several years, in collaboration with SBB, whose railroad line runs alongside the construction project on the uphill side.
