Description
Even as a child, I was a movement enthusiast. At the tender age of 6, I took up gymnastics and practiced it with passion and great ambition until I was 16. Even after this time, sport continued to accompany me in all its facets throughout my life. After the birth of my son in 1998, sport came to the fore again. As I was not entirely happy in my job at the time, I decided to start a 2-year course to become a qualified wellness trainer in 2002. In 2004, I received my diploma and turned my hobby into my profession. Since then I have been working on a private basis under my own name WELL POWER. I teach my participants Pilates, YogaPilates, Chi Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Nordic Walking with great dedication.
