Sustainable coaching - personal or executive
You will recognize your vision for a task and build positive and effective leadership behaviour for project management or in your line function when Eva Winizki coaches you. Your self-confidence and self-assessment will grow because you will see needs and structures more clearly.
You will develop a feeling for dealing with different ideas. You will see what you need to decide yourself and where you want to involve your employees. You can moderate decision-making processes. Transparency makes your employees' work easier and increases trust.
You learn to correctly assess the extent of what is possible, simplify processes and manage disputes. You can set yourself apart and don't have to "please everyone". You know how to handle your authority, have objective and direct contact with both employees and superiors.
You can delegate work, and you learn to give and demand good - and critical - feedback, hold constructive discussions within the team and draw both lessons and recognition from appraisal interviews.
You will be better at this afterwards:
- Clearly define, communicate and develop leadership tasks
Recognize your own leadership style - Clarify information flows
- Develop transparent decision-making procedures
- Adequately assess the volume of tasks and, if necessary,
adjust them - Delegate, assume control and evaluation tasks, determine location
- Develop guiding principles
- recognize conflicts early on, address them skilfully and de-escalate them
- reflect on your own "sandwich position" and integrate your actions objectively
Successful team development
From Eva Winizki's point of view, team members should provide each other with professional resources, encourage and support each other where possible, reflect on the core task together, develop and review processes and objectives. They should exchange visions and create a pleasant atmosphere together, based on respect, openness, honesty and tolerance.
Knowledge and information are passed on within the team. Differing opinions and dissatisfaction are named, different approaches are seen as enrichment. Every team member is interested in ensuring that both pressure and privileges are the same for everyone.
Colleagues receive and provide insight into projects, critical feedback is welcome. Regular professional exchanges take place. Mistakes are discussed and lessons are learned. The team is a safe place where there is also room for fun.
Further training opportunities are part of the company culture and apply to everyone. Salaries are the same for the same work. Vacations are agreed. Ideas have copyright. Allocation of tasks, responsibilities and functions are clear to everyone. Everyone agrees on decisions and sticks to them. Everyone accepts the team's chosen form of leadership and unchangeable framework conditions.
You benefit because:
- Synergies are formed
- Communication promoted
- Cooperation developed
- Quality assured
- Incentives created
- Work performance improved
- Conflicts addressed
- the management of processes is clear
- and humor has its place
In-depth analysis
It pays to find the real reasons for difficulties. In organizations, solutions are often sought in the wrong place, i.e. only where a problem is flashing up.
Organizations are inherently sluggish when it comes to change. As a result, attempts are often made to find solutions in the nature of individuals or small groups rather than in functions, roles, decision-making and information processes, visions or different objectives.
However, change is a completely normal process. If they are not planned, they come unannounced. In most cases, all employees can support them. Quick redundancies simply mean that resources that have been built up are lost.
How you can benefit:
- Find the real causes of difficulties
- localize weaknesses and turn them into strengths
- Turn good but dissatisfied employees into satisfied ones
- Calm and stabilize departments that are in turmoil
- Support line managers in their management tasks
Dealing well with conflicts
Conflicts are part of everyday life. However, while for some people differences of opinion already constitute a conflict, for others a conflict only arises when one person throws in the towel. These assessments need to be clarified first. They depend on subjective perceptions, the assessment of a situation in the context of the circumstances, individual experiences and the respective positions. The company's objectives and visions also play a role in this.
Occasionally, the subjective perceptions and different realities collide and the conflict arises. If it is to de-escalate again, it is important to be able to recognize the background to the tensions and to disclose them.
How you can benefit:
- Understand the background to the conflict
- Make your interests clear
- Enter your perception of the situation
- classify emotional factors and bring them to a factual level
- Make decisions where necessary
Optimal organizational development
Let Eva Winizki support you in developing a new corporate culture, in team development, in training, in structural or personnel issues. She can also help you design a company mission statement, conveyed in organizational seminars. Your employees become active and proactive partners in this process.
Eva Winizki works with you to develop a conflict management plan: conflicts come to light early and are addressed with all those affected. She acts for you as a moderator in acute conflict discussions or as a workshop leader for conflict management seminars, and thanks to a diagram of the functions, it is clear who is responsible for each task and how. This provides you with a transparent management tool that is also supported by your employees.
Your employees will recognize your organization as a whole and see themselves as part of it with a specific task. This will make it clear that cooperation between the individual departments is essential for optimal results.
This is what you will achieve:
- Human resource support for structural changes
- Changing the corporate culture
- Conflict management
- Developing and implementing mission statements
- Function diagram as a management tool for leadership
- systemic thinking, systemic work
Psychotherapy
Our body reflects our state of mind and expresses our experiences. It is like a screen on which several films are projected simultaneously: Films from our family history, our childhood, our youth, our everyday adult life or from relationships. If we are unable to place these films in the phases of our lives in which they originated, this can have negative consequences for our lives, such as loss of vitality in our relationships, physical tension, pain, performance or social difficulties.
The aim of body psychotherapy is to regain full vitality and joie de vivre through the connection to our own body.
The integration of our "films" into the body allows our interest to grow again, allows us to find answers about the meaning of life, gives life direction and form. A general sense of well-being can arise and new love relationships can develop. Our body carries us, or it does not carry us. In psychotherapy, you learn to recognize, endure and accept adversity, inconsistencies, unfulfilled longings and conflicts and to see their meaning.
This can be your gain:
- full strength and joie de vivre
- more and more alert interest
- vitality in relationships
Couples therapy
Both parties are so entangled in fears and injuries that they can no longer find words. However, communication is essential - and in such a way that memories of the past do not intrude into present events.
The desire for autonomy is not balanced with the desire for attachment. However, this should be learned and talked about together.
It happens that one person always leads and the other is always led. Leading and being led should alternate.
For example, it may be that after starting a family there is no longer a new joint project. However, developing and pursuing joint projects is usually very important.
A couples therapy session with Eva Winizki lasts 90 minutes. Depending on your needs, 2 to 6 weeks pass from session to session. The time in between is important for new experiences. Supplementary health insurance may cover the costs.
What you can take away from couples therapy:
- to express yourself clearly and directly
- to harmonize your words, posture, facial expressions and gestures
- seeing the relationship as one thing, your self-worth as another
- allowing and showing feelings
- to name your own boundaries and not to exceed them
- recognize the reasons for your behaviour in your past and be able to change this if necessary
- to decide how much closeness and distance you want
- "not being there for the other", but "with the other"
- to be able to cultivate and develop togetherness
- to be able to make decisions together without one-sided advantages or disadvantages
