My first training as a nurse showed me various areas of conventional medicine. Working in a birth center in South Africa was a very enriching experience. In my search for what could really satisfy me, I had a personal experience with homeopathy. In homeopathy, the human being is seen as a unity of body, mind and soul. This topic also led me to the energetic training courses with Barbara Brennan and Karina Schelde (Soul Voice®) and Esalen Massage.

Homeopathy was developed over 200 years ago by the doctor and pharmacist Samuel Hahnemann. It is based on the principle of similarity.

The focus of homeopathy is on the person as a whole of body, soul and spirit. Diseases are not viewed as isolated organic disorders, but as a disturbance of the person's life force.

The aim of homeopathic treatment is to activate the self-healing powers (life force) in order to release blockages so that the best possible health and well-being can be restored at all levels.

The basic rule of homeopathy is: "Similar things are cured with similar things" (Hahnemann called it "Similia similibus curentur"). Homeopathy means similar suffering.

As a homeopath, I try to find the remedy for each client that best reflects the striking symptoms and personality.
In classical homeopathy, only one remedy is used.
