I am a general and visceral surgeon with a private practice in Geneva, Switzerland. I started my surgical internship in Greece in 2008 and in 2014 I was accredited as a general surgeon after completing a part of my training in France. Thereafter, I continued my post-CCT training in the UK (Royal Free London and Imperial College NHS Trusts) and in 2016 I moved to Geneva, Switzerland, where I worked in the departments of pediatric and visceral surgery. In 2020 I pursued a Royal College of Surgeons of England accredited fellowship in benign upper GI surgery at Torbay Hospital in the UK and in 2021 I returned to Switzerland and I worked in the department of surgery of the cantonal hospital of Fribourg as well as in the department of pediatric surgery of the university hospital of Geneva. I have a keen interest in minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of the different pathologies of the gastrointestinal tract and the abdominal wall. My Royal College of Surgeons fellowship in benign upper GI surgery provided me with the skills and experience to treat various pathologies of the esophagus, the diaphragm and the stomach such as achalasia, GERD and paraesophageal hernias as well as to perform laparoscopic exploration of the common bile duct. In addition, my last appointment in the department of pediatric surgery of HUG gave me the opportunity to familiarise myself with different pediatric surgical pathologies and to consolidate my surgical aptitudes for their treatment.

Quand j’arrive avec mes 3 Bassets Hounds dans le cabinet vétérinaire de Dr. Ritter, je comprends chaque fois qu’une salle d’attente pour mes chiens n’est pas nécessaire. Déterminé ils visent directement dans la salle des soins, ou la question suivante se pose, qui a le droit de montrer d’abord sur la table automatique des soins. Dr. Ritter connaît toutes mes Basset depuis leurs jeune âge. Cette Vétérinaire douce et compétente confie les premières minutes qu’ a l’animal en les caressants et leurs parlants pour leurs donner confiance avant de commencer les soins nécessaires. J'ai accompagné ma femme pour une consultation chez le docteur Martinek, de très bons conseils je recommande franchement c'est rare de trouver un gynécologue aussi brillant ! En plus on a pas d'attente ce qui est rare !

Chambre très classe et propre, individuel avec l'assurance de base c'est excellent après avoir été opérée et on a des douleurs c'est bien d'être seul .Une équipe professionnelle a l'écoute est très attentionnée et sympathique. Spécialement Tamara et David je les remercie pour leurs professionnalismes. Repas bon et de calite
