Die Merlots aber auch die italienischen Weine sind gut ausgewählt, erschwinglich und geben der guten Stimmung das gewisse Etwas. Besonders der Hauswein Merlot Matasci hat es uns angetan. I started my training in Portugal and then moved to Switzerland! I had the opportunity to work in many fine places such as St. Moritz at the Kulm Hotel as Chef, and in Ticino at the Hotel Navegna in Minusio.
