Visagno Residence is a home for the elderly that is committed to providing a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment for its residents. Located in a peaceful setting and surrounded by nature, our facility is designed to provide high quality care and a full range of services to meet the individual needs of each resident. The day care center offers many attactivities and welcomes elderly people every day. Our team of about 150 people consists of professionals with diverse skills and roles, including nurses, social workers, care assistants, physical therapists, occupational therapists and support staff. We believe in the importance of personal and direct contact among our staff and promote open communication within the entire facility. Continuous training allows us to have specialized collaborators in palliative care, wound care, rehabilitation, and Alzheimer's care. Most healthcare collaborators have training in Gentle Care and Validation methods. Nursing service is guaranteed 24 hours a day, including weekends. Each guest is evaluated by nurses and the responsible doctor, who analyze their needs, providing correct and personalized assistance. The kitchen staff ensures the preparation of healthy and balanced meals, taking into account the caloric needs, tastes of the guests, seasons, and special diets requested by the medical service. Relatives have the opportunity to consume meals inside the facility, with prior notice.
