With our fixed rituals, processes and customs, we want to lay the foundation for holistic development. In this way we create a good basis for targeted support. These can be viewed by the children and their parents at any time. We would like to make our pedagogical work transparent for the parents and offer them a parent talk once a quarter. Every day in the morning and in the evening we exchange short information with the parents. Parents' evenings are also held, where we deal with special topics or parents' wishes.

We chose this daycare to expose our son to German and Swiss German. After visiting most of the daycares only Dübendorf, this was the one my son wanted to come back to! We are very happy!

Wir haben alle unsere drei Kinder dort unterbringen dürfen und wirklich sehr positive Erfahrungen gemacht: sehr gute, enge Beziehungen der Kinder zu den Lehrpersonen, dadurch grosses Vertrauen und gutes Selbstvertrauen der Kinder, verbunden mit positiver Lernbereitschaft. Die Kinder entwickeln dadurch ein gutes und positives Selbstwertgefühl. Sie lernen selbständiges und selbstbestimmtes Arbeiten, bereits im Kindergarten, was ihnen viel Freude und Zufriedenheit bereitet. Sie sind frei vom Druck der, ansonsten üblichen, ständigen Bewertung und können ihre freie Zeit ausserhalb der Schule, ohne Hausaufgaben, geniessen. Unsere Kinder haben ihre Zeit in der IG Kinderwerkstatt alle sehr genossen und sich dort immer sehr wohl und besonders auch anerkannt gefühlt, so wie sie sind!!
