Never had any issues before.. however with time difference we arrived at at 1 pm after a very long drive thinking it was NSW time...then there were delays checking in didn't get into our apartment until after 3pm.... didn't have towels. Had to go to reception to get some....found used cleaning paper towels behind the sink.not nice..staff very nice as usual... Other than that was ok.

Very convenient - clean and tidy apartment well equiped with basic kitchen needs. Comfy beds and aircon very good.

I tried twice to get a pool towel, none available. Use a better allocation system. Surface inside the spa was very rough & uneven, needs retiling.

We always stay here when visiting from Auckland. We love the facilities and position. Staff are always very helpful and friendly. A very dated lamp set on a scruffy side consol in this particular apartment's lounge were a bit disappointing. Some kitchen scissors would be useful. We always enjoy our stays here.
