Business envisioning

A human-centered design thinking approach to explore issues widely. Used to identify opportunities and prioritize next steps.

No prior experience of design thinking is required - your Technical Architect will guide you through a highly collaborate and fun process to explore your business problem or opportunity widely - with creativity to include solutions you might not have considered - before narrowing the focus to actionable next steps.

If you join this session as a hybrid participant, you can still access whiteboards and note boards remotely through a browser. Typically this engagement runs for one whole day.

Solution envisioning

Typically one day in length, your day begins with a thorough and facilitated discovery of the problem or opportunity at a strategic strategic business and technical level.

Next, you'll visit the envisioning theater to visualize potential solutions, or explore relevant partner and Microsoft demos in our innovation space.

After lunch, your Technical Architect will steer the conversation towards use cases and potential technical solution fit, and you'll end the day with a clear, actionable picture of how we can help you reach your business goals.

Architecture design

This custom session focuses on your business objectives and aligns them with specific applications of Microsoft software to help you not only meet your goals, but also capitalize on them. We’ll provide architectural guidance, consultation on preferred practices, and risk analysis to chief technology officers, architects, and senior members from your development team.

Rapid prototype

In this multi-week, in-depth engagement, our architects work closely with key members of your technical staff to transfer knowledge and prove our customized solutions. This workshop may also include detailed demos and training sessions. Your team will have a private, secure, and fully loaded development suite that's preconfigured prior to their arrival.

Hackathon

During this multi-day engagement your technical staff will work with the Microsoft team in a rapid, iterative fashion to creatively apply technology and build prototype solutions to business problems. We work closely with your team to transfer knowledge of the platform and services for solution development.
