How to get your gift?

Below you will find instructions on how to collect your Gifts. If you do not have Omantel App yet - download it to your phone.

  1. Log on to Omantel APP & select BAQATI gift box
  2. Select YouTube premium, (make sure to change your store payment method to Omantel) to change the payment method
  3. Go to you YouTube account and activate YouTube premium

Application store discount

  1. Log on to Omantel APP & select BAQATI gift box
  2. Select discount on application store , (make sure to change your store payment method to Omantel) to change the payment method
  3. Buy & enjoy your discount when purchase form google play & app store

Gaming gift cards

  1. Log on to Omantel APP & select BAQATI gift box
  2. Select gaming gift cards
  3. Go to gift cards
  4. Select your card & chose the payment method add to bill

TMDone

  1. Log on to Omantel APP & select BAQATI gift box
  2. Select TMDone
  3. Go to claim TMDone voucher
  4. You will receive a code, you can redeem the code on TMDone Application.

Talabat

  1. Log on to Omantel APP & select BAQATI gift box
  2. Select talabat
  3. Go to claim talabat voucher.
  4. You will receive a code, and you can redeem it on talabat application.

Shahid

  1. Log on to Omantel APP & select BAQATI gift box
  2. Select Shahid
  3. You will get a message with the link (URL), please follow the instructions to complete the registration process.

Omantel Entertainer

  1. Log on to Omantel APP & select BAQATI gift box
  2. Select ‘Omantel Entertainer’
  3. Download the Omantel Entertainer from the app store respectively (AppStore & Google Play or Huawei App Gallery) Subscribe to the service within the ‘Omantel Entertainer’ App and enjoy.

Otaxi

  1. Log on to Omantel APP & select BAQATI gift box
  2. Select Otaxi
  3. Go to claim Otaxi voucher
  4. You will receive a code, you can redeem the code on Otaxi Application.

From where I can get my gift?

The only channel to get your gift is from Omantel App.

Can I get my gift as an existing customer ?

Yes, both new & existing customers can get the gift.

Can I select more than one gift?

Now new & existing customers can select one gift only

Can I change my gift later on & is there an expiry date for the gift?

Yes, you can change your Gift Box subscription every month as you like. Your chosen gift for this month will be reflected in the next month.

What will happen to my gift after the contract is expired?

The gift also will expire & you need to log in again to Omantel app & select your gift.

What will happen to my gift in case I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Upon upgrading or downgrading your plan you will lose your gift, however, you can go again to Omantel application & then select & check do you have the same gift or a different one

I am on BAQATI not contract plan can I also select a gift?

No Baqati no contract cannot select a gift, however, customers can enjoy the application store discount as a part of the plan benefits.

Can I carrier over the discount (gaming gift cards, App store purchase) to the next month if I do not use it?

No, the discount in App purchase & gift cards will not be carried over if you do not use it you will lose it.

Can I carrier over TMDone codes to the next month if I do not use it?

No, the discount in App purchase & gift cards will not be carried over if you do not use it you will lose it

Is there an expiry date for TMDone code after I claim the code?

Yes, the code is valid for 30 days starting from the claim date, if you did not use it the code you will lose it and it cannot be redeemed.

Do I activate YouTube premium directly & get the discount or there is pre steps I should do after selecting YouTube premium as my gift?

You need to activate your phone as payment method then you activate YouTube premium & get the discount

Do I activate discount on app purchase directly & get the discount on my purchase form app store & google play or there pre steps I should do after selecting app store discount as my gift?

You need to activate your phone as payment method then you activate YouTube premium & get the discount
