It is a service that empowers customers to make calls over a Wi-Fi. All what you have to do is to connect to any available Wi-Fi network and enable Wi-Fi calling feature in your smartphone setting to the enjoy the service with high quality calls.

Steps to activate or subscribe to the VO-WIFI Service

How does the customer use it/subscribe or activate to it?

Apple:

Go to Settings
Select "Cellular".
Select "WI-Fi Calling".
Enable “Wi-Fi Calling”.

Samsung:

Go to Settings
Select "Wireless & networks" or "Connections" section.
Select "Wi-Fi calling" or "Advanced calling".
Enable Wi-Fi Calling.

Huawei:

Go to Settings
Select "Wireless & networks" or "Connections" section.
Select "Wi-Fi calling" or "Advanced calling".
Enable Wi-Fi Calling.

The Vo-WIFI minutes are applicable for receiving incoming calls and calls back to Oman ONLY.
In postpaid, Vo-WIFI minutes for Baqati Blue Plus and Green Plan are subject to their Pack Voice bundle minutes.
In Prepaid, Vo-WIFI mins for Hayyak are subject to their Pack Voice bundle minutes.
You can access your bill to view details and pay via Omantel App.
