The FAB Defense AK-47 Vanguard M-LOK Handguard System should work with a Zastava M90. However, due to the many different AK variants with different specifications fitment can't be guaranteed.
I had to hammer these parts into my Bulgarian milled receiver, use a vice, wide chisel and channel locks to twist the top portion in, but I know why. These parts are intended to hold anything, including lasers, so they need to stay put, and they do!
