Is powder data available for this bullet? I don’t have it in my Hornady data book and that is why I ask.

I called Hornady. They explained my answer as an implicit convention. My 45 Cal brass is ACP. Hornady does not recommend their 250 gr XTP bullet for 45 Cal ACP brass, and therefore they provide no data for it. A helpful reloading lesson for me about this implicit convention. I mean, I’ll know next time.

You will want to look into a reloading guide for more information but they should work for 45acp.

Will these work in the .450 bushmaster round

I would stick with the XTP MAGs (240grain and 300 grain) for the 450 bushmaster. Plus that’s what Hornady recommends in the reloading manual.
