Tore at seam - Hatch Street Guard Glove with KEVLAR

Purchased these gloves new. The left hand glove tore at the seam on the thumb where the terry cloth type material meets the upper tip material.

This was after only three wearings with no hard use.

I am a corrections officer and these were only worn in the cold and not abused. Disappointed in the quality, but I suspect that this is a manufacturing defect. I have contacted Hatch by email and am waiting confirmation on warrantying them out.
