Very helpful staff. I was missing the pupil distance measurement and they held the order, after telephoning me personally to clarify some required information that was missing. The order delivery was timely, even with international shipping. The website has very good information on prescription eyewear that is worth reading BEFORE visiting an optometrist, so that all required info is obtained on the eye examination visit. My Drivers are awesome. I would recommend printing Optics Planet's eye prescription online form and take it with on the eye examination to ensure that all required eye measurements are obtained from the optometrist.
