The scope was advertised as a 1-8×24 and that's completely wrong. Even after Opticsplanet recognized their error, they've yet to correct it. Its still being presented as a 1-8×24. Shepherd 1-4x24 R0 scope
The Shepherd 1-4x24 R0 scope is great for the price. Has a green or red illumination. The reticle is easy to see, not thin and tiny like some. A bit on the heavy side and you can see the illuminated reticle through the objective end.
Pros:
- GREAT PRICE
- Easy to see reticle
- illuminated
Cons:
- a little heavy
Best Used for:
- great for short to medium distance

looks and feels like a good leupold ,great glass would recommend to anyone who shoots .556 or 7.62 x 51 nato sig autorifle or other varities ,great controls great galss under 1 grand a great price. shepard 1 x 8 x 24 optic.
