I received delivery 9/1223
I used this day pack last week for the 1st time. The "adjustable sternum strap" holds the shoulder harnesses from coming off. Of the 2 part "adjustable sternum strap" one side is missing. It came off on the 1st day of my hunt lost in the field. I called the contact number and waited 30 minutes having to listen to constant advertising recordings. Finally a person came on. She was in a call center did not know much about Tenzing products, could not get me a replacement part, and said that they do not back their products bought from "unauthorized" ebay vendors. I received delivery 12 days ago, used it for a few days, Tenzing WILL NOT BACK THERE PRODUCT
