No. These TruGlo TFX Tritium/Fiber-Optic Day/Night Sights would overhang on the optic plate, or wouldn't work at all with an optic installed. I'd recommend the ZEV Combat Fiber Optic Sight Set that can be found using the following link:

I had high hopes for these iron sights, I really like TruGlo sights but I didn't think about the fact that I bult a custom pistol so they wouldn't work oh well had to return them they are a great sight.

With the Truglo TFX Tritium/Fiber-Optic Sight Pro Set, you will be able to see your target 24/7. This night sight manufactured by the experts at TruGlo has a contrasting orange front sight FOCUS LOCK ring for even faster focus and unmatched visibility in all shooting conditions 24/7. The Truglo TFX Tritium/Fiber-Optic Handgun Pro Set will not burn out or dim. The fiber-optic lighting of the Truglo TFX Tritium/Fiber-Optic Pro Set Set is installed in front of the fiber-optic refector for increased brightness. The front sight of your TruGlo TFX Tritium/Fiber-Optic Day/Night Sights Pro Set has two tiny holes in it. This allows the light from the front sight to reflect off of the fiber-optic receptacle, increasing brightness. The TFX sights also include a retaining pin with an orientation tab that must be manually pushed in to the rear dovetail to lock the sights in place. The TFX sights have many features including a hammer pocket on the rear sight, an alignment notch on the front sight and a rear sight notch on the rear sight.
