Wow, I am just testing the functionality of this system. If it does what I think it can its like having a personal secretary/ administrative assistant. I will gladly pay the premium for the service. My one concern, I want to make sure the is confidentiality and protection for the documents I'm transmitting as they are confidential. These days identity theft and misuse of personal protected inforamtion is critical so, you're assurances my site is secure and my documents I choose to fax and mail from PDF filer are not being inappropriately accessed by PDF filler employees is good to share. I like the email code you require for me to log in, that gives me security. I would like to know that when "chatting" with your team, they can't see my actual documents, just my account. I have no reason not to believe your site is secure, but just sharing. I am considering purchasing a small business, I would use your service daily and would like to be able to "buy up" credits for additional fax capabiltiy. Great service ! Needs a text rotation tool and more shapes available. Also limited on fonts and text color.

I get W9 filled for clients easily. Contract signing digitally. I can make instructional maps using map templates and email directly to employees.

What do you like best?
PDFfiller actually has lots of online tools that can help with many general document editing tasks. We can convert PDF files to lot of different document formats such as DOC files, which are files I use often at work. For document signing, editing and adding fillable fields is not complicated. The toolbar has tools that are neatly laid out and easy to access. There are lots of click-and-drag features that make using PDFfiller comfortable, even with hours of editing. There are also helpful collaboration options that let internal staff communicate about document edits.
What do you dislike?
From an admin perspective, it's been a delight working with PDFfiller, but some people that receive our digital documents can sometimes have trouble accessing the files and knowing how to sign them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
PDFfiller can be a valuable solution if you need to make lots of edits to PDF files and don't have a much experience with more advanced software like Adobe Acrobat. It seems to be designed for beginner users, but can also work for more expert document editors.

Usefull
Very useful app you can do stuff on phone and easily move on to desktop to continue what you're doing nothing special but it definetely isn't bad

pdfFiller you need this!
I have had nothing but an easy time with this software. It helps me daily with all my forms I need to either add or change something on. It is truly worth the price. Once you get it you will not know how you lived with out it.
I like the ability to edit any PDF document edit it, change it and or recreate it.
I truly have not found any issues with this software it just works.

Wish I Could Change Color of Signature
I enjoyed this tool and site. However, I wish there was just some way that I could not only change the font for my signature but the color to blue as well.

i have tried 3 other pdf software for converting and this is by far the easiest one to use and being able to upload/merge 5 docs at time speeds up the process ....amazing - very impressed

The only complaint that I have is that…
The only complaint that I have is that in the editing section it isn't user friendly. For me I had to just rewrite my whole paragraph since it wasn't easy to just copy and paste! Otherwise I am really pleased with the pdf revise site.Jacqueline Radell- McRaney

How do I scale down an image?
Open Paint with the photo, and you'll see a Resize button in the ribbon. Click on that, and you can resize by percentage or by pixels. You can also automatically maintain the aspect ratio or not. Once you have it installed, open your image and then click on Image and Scale Image.

Click the Tools menu and select “Adjust Size.” This will open a new window that will allow you to resize the image. Click the drop-down menu to select the units you want to use. You can select “Pixels,” “Percentage,” and several other units to scale the image by.
