Identify hazards, assess risk, and prevent workplace injuries, illnesses, and incidents.
Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control (HIRAC) is a critical element of any safety and health program. It is the proactive continuous improvement and communication of hazards to prevent or control workplace injuries, illnesses, and incidents. A risk management approach involves identification and assessment of risks followed by elimination of risks or minimizing those risks so far as reasonably practicable. This application will allow users to assess various jobsite areas for current and future potential hazards to enable quick resolution and risk reduction of potential accidents and injuries, working with the employees doing the jobs and evaluating the Safety department’s own policies and procedures for a total safety culture.
