About the project
The Challenge
Students were taught in mud walled classrooms and makeshift classrooms that encouraged distractions such wind, noise from passersby and sometimes even snakes. Teachers also had a hard time mounting teaching aids because of the structures of the classrooms. In addition, there were only two toilets for both boys and girls which forced students to queue for a long time in order to use them.
