My name is Alexandre Fonseca and I am passionate about education, youth participation, well-being, and sports. I am a Non-formal education trainer and longevity and well-being coach and always happy to share the knowledge that I have gathered. I believe that ageing does not mean living with pain or giving up on your body. I also believe that education can make us freer, wiser, independent thinkers. My favourite word is "brio" ;)

Thomas is a full time freelance trainer, facilitator and activist. His main focuses are gender and LGBT+ rights, climate justice, global justice and antimilitarism. He has vast expertise in action planning, campaign strategy, non-formal education, utopian thinking, volunteer management and digital volunteering (esp. Wikipedia). He is based in Berlin, but works all around Europe.

I’ve always been a Youth Worker, but I discovered it when I met the Erasmus+ world. Since then, my life changed and so did my career: my curiosity led me, step by step, at first to lead groups, then to facilitate and train youngsters from all over the world in my daily life and in international projects. I dedicate myself to what makes me burn with passion, aiming always to grow more, to stay young and to never stop learning and being amazed by the world, youth and – more than all – myself
