- To provide a wide introduction to the Erasmus+ in the part of youth, focusing on youth exchanges and their capacity to enhance the active participation of young people.
- To develop the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitudes to organise a exchange project, based on the non-formal learning practice and principles and quality standards of the Erasmus + Programme.
- To offer an individual and group learning experience through a simulated process of creating a youth exchange.
- To enable participants to reflect on their learning and to learn more about Youthpass and its application in youth exchanges and other actions.
- To offer the opportunity to meet potential international partners to develop future projects.
21 voluntary and professional youth workers from Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Portugal and Spain.
We used a methodology based on dynamic and non formal education tools, active, participative and, of course, creative. This ensured that training has a much more dynamic pace and each participant learnt and developed new skills, which they will be able to use in their work life and / or associative and private life.
The dissemination of results and achievements of the project was implemented through the document "Sentences to remember", a compilation of simple phrases that summarize the main ideas to be taken into account in each section of an exchange project and in each phase of its process.
Other results are the new projects of youth exchange arise among participants, that would make possible greater youth participation in international activities.
