Main aim of the training course was exploring the ways to deliver topics and facilitate educational activities on advanced level. During the training course, participants tried out various forms of visual facilitation - drawing, sketching, mind mapping, flipchART and others - that can enhance communication and learning of themselves and their target groups.
20 youth workers and educational practitioners from 10 countries: Estonia, Latvia, Hungary, Austria, Poland, Armenia, Georgia, Belarus, Ukraine, and Moldova.
Individual and group exercises, workshops, live presentations, discussions, quests for experience and tests for skills, learning space dynamics.
Participants developed their skills to use all the main components of visual facilitation process: basic shapes and colours; composition of elements; basics of type shapes and calligraphy; interactive paper folds, zines; inventing own visual language of communication, own set of visual metaphors and symbols; visual templates; graphic recording and sketchnoting; mind maps; work with different materials.
Gained skills participants can easily apply in their work - during trainings, seminars and other educational events that they organize, in meetings with colleagues, partners, clients and also during own learning process.
