Aim
To support the potential of ex–participants of international training courses to creatively re–use their experiences in their personal or work environment.
Objectives
To explore learning outcomes and added value of an international training activity.
To reflect upon the impact of a particular training activity, both personally and professionally.
To share good practices and to develop new ideas for sustainable actions in own realities.
19 participants coming from 10 different Eu countries.

The course was based on the principles and practice of non-formal education taking into account participants needs, motivations and experiences.
The programme flow was inspired by the methodology of appreciative inquiry and as such followed a specific time sequence: past - future - present - future. We based our sessions on personal reflection, and sharing.
There were also workshops offered as a part of the program, e.g.
- fresh methodologies used in youth work / business such as GTD, lean canvas, design thinking, etc.
- social entrepreneurship as step away from institutional funding.
As an outcome of our introspective training process, all participants set up inspiring goals and personal action plan for their future actions.
