Address to 7 EVS volunteers: 2 from Finland, 2 from Italy, 2 from Portugal and 1 from Estonia.
The training course was based on non formal education approach including trainee orientated methods prioritising the learning needs of the participants while paying attention to group cohesion, modern interactive tools, trust and safe space and work atmosphere.
The training provided intercultural and conflict management skills. Additionally was useful to sthrengten the team cohesion. These outcomes allow the participants to benefit of the voluntary experience at the best. One year after the experience all 7 volunteers are still regularly in touch on the social media.
I was involved as full-time trainer developing the details of the training programme by sharing my proposals with the organizer's needs and expectations. Additionally I was in charge of the final reporting.
