To enable actors and beneficiaries involved in the European Solidarity Corps Programme (ESC in short) and support them in exploring and developing their intercultural competence:
● To recognize cultural variations in communication styles.
● To have a better understanding of the diversity of cultural values and attitudes.
● To explore and develop their intercultural competence in order to increase the intercultural, participatory, inclusion and solidarity qualities of their projects.
● To look into practices of application of intercultural competence within ESC projects.
● To enable exchange and networking among participants towards ESC projects' development in
the future.
25 participants from 7 countries - youth workers, mentors, ex-volunteers and project managers both newcomers and experienced in European Solidarity Corps.
3 facilitators from Lithuania and Greece supported by 1 staff member of Erasmus+ Hellenic National Agency.

The team hosted 3 Zoom online training sessions and 1 online webinar to support participants learning in this course.
According to participants evaluation feedback, all objectives were achieved to a very good extent, with all responses related to all objectives being evaluated on the positive side.
