TOY - Trainers Online for Youth
This is a reference for Jessica Reinsch
- To kick-off and dive into the topic of digital transformation
- To get to know each other before coming together in a residential training course
- To discover how tools and non-formal education methods can be applied in online environments
- To explore expectations, needs and contributions regarding the topic and training
- To support and motivate participants to use online spaces within their youth work practise
Team: Dulio Santos (PT), Christina Schauer (AT), Alexandra Isaicul (MD), Jessica Reinsch (DE). NA officer involved Rita Bergstein (DE)
The online training allowed for a first dive into the topic, for getting to know each other and for a better needs analysis of the target group which laid the foundations for an upcoming residential training programme. Non-formal education methods which are normally used in residential trainigs have been adapted to the online space.
- getting to know each other
- analysis of needs and expectations
- theoretical input and knowlegde about the topic of digital transformation
- rising motivation for a second training
- participants took home concrete methods and tools for active facilitation in online spaces
I have been involved in the development and facilitation of this online training including logistics (e.g. setting up the zoom conference room), preparing participants with infopack and newsletter before the online training, programme draft, online energizers and activities and holding a theory based input session on digital transformation.
