TOY - Trainers Online for Youth

Youth Exchanges involving actively young people in all project stages is the key to quality. This training focused on the exploration, understanding and enhancing necessary competencies to realise meaningful Youth Exchanges with You(th) in the centre.
The learning objectives were:
- The development of key competencies, soft skills and acquirement of tools that are necessary throughout the Youth Exchange project stages in order to achieve quality.
- The empowerment of young people and their active participation that leads to projects developed by them, from A to Z.
- The exploration and promotion of the possibilities of Erasmus + Youth in Action.
- The creation of partnerships among participants with the optimal aim to submit concrete Youth Exchanges proposals in future Erasmus + Youth in Action deadlines.
Youth workers, Youth leaders, Project managers, Young people above 18 years old. Candidates from all target groups should have been involved in at least one (1) Youth Exchange.
Participants could come from Erasmus+: Youth in Action Programme countries.
The training programme was based on non formal education methodology, balancing personal, small teams and group working time.

The evaluations of the participants and the training team concluded in a report submitted in the Cypriot National Agency.
We delivered the course with another co-trainer, and we co-worked in the preparation meeting, in the process of designing, delivering and reporting the course.
