How do I add Neon Standard Plan?
Spark app
- Open the Spark app
- Select MySpark from the Menu and sign in if you are asked to
Note: If you don't have a MySpark account yet, you can follow these steps to create one. Set up and use MySpark
- Select Subscriptions under the Products section
- Select Add a new subscription
- Follow the steps to add Neon Standard
- Before you can start using Neon you need to activate it. Once you've finished adding Neon Standard Plan you'll receive a notification in the next 15 minutes when its ready to activate.

- Sign in to MySpark
Note: If you don't have a MySpark account yet, you can follow these steps to create one. Set up and use MySpark
- Select Subscriptions under the Products section
- Select Add a new subscription
- Follow the steps to add Neon Standard
- Before you can start using Neon you need to activate it. Once you've finished adding Neon Standard Plan you'll receive a notification in the next 15 minutes when its ready to activate.
If you don't activate Neon within 30 days, it will be cancelled and there will be no refund as there has not been a charge.
How do I activate Neon Standard Plan?

- Select Subscriptions under the Products section
- Select Neon Standard
- Follow the steps to activate Neon. To complete the activation of Neon Standard Plan you'll be taken to the Neon website to sign-in or create an account.

- Select Subscriptions under the Products section
- Select Neon Standard
- Follow the steps to activate Neon. To complete the activation of Neon Standard Plan you'll be taken to the Neon website to sign-in or create an account.
Note: Some internet browsers may block the redirect to Neon. If you’re having issues getting to the Neon website to complete your activation, you’ll need to enable pop-ups on your browser or use the Spark app.
If you have an existing Neon account, you won't need to cancel it. You can sign in with your existing account during activation. This means you'll stop being billed for your existing Neon Standard Plan separately when you complete the activation process. You won't be refunded for any overlapping charges.
How do I download the Neon app?
Download the app and sign in with your Neon account details.

How do I cancel Neon Standard?
You can cancel Neon at any time. Your Neon Standard Plan will continue to work until the end of your monthly renewal.
