At the end of 2023, there were over 21 thousand unsold housing properties in the Indian city of Kolkata. These residential units were in various stages of construction at the time of sale. Thereby, the number of unsold inventory kept decreasing in comparison to the previous years which shows a strong demand for housing in this city.
