According to the findings of a survey by IPSOS, most countries in the study underestimate the number of people who die from neurological disorders such as dementia or Parkinson's disease each year. Those in India, Hong Kong, South Africa, Saudi Arabia and Philippines were the countries to overestimate this number. This statistic shows the actual vs public estimates for number of deaths per 100 which occur as a result of neurological disorders, worldwide as of 2019.
